Hadiza Moussa-Saley

Hadiza Moussa-Saley joined CESAG in 2014 where she is lecturer and researcher in Applied Mathematics and Finance. She takes part in the CLEAR Initiative activities as an expert in Impact Evaluation and she coordinates the CLEAR FA ’s M&E thematic trainings in the WASH (SERAF EAH) and Energy (SERAF Energie) sectors.Dr. Saley holds a PhD. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Nancy 1. She was a postdoctoral researcher in Statistical Hydrology at the National Scientific Research Institute of Quebec. Dr. Saley was a lecturer-researcher at the University of Niamey, and at the 2iE International Institute in Ouagadougou before becoming an international consultant for GMS-PROJECT. Dr. Saley is also committed to humanitarian causes. In 2013, she volunteered as IT advisor in Haïti for the Paul Gérin-Lajoie Foundation.
